draft 0103 – grudges, what is the point of them?
You when people hold grudges, I don’t really see the point in holding grudges. They take way too much energy, time, and effort. I would rather stay far away as possible from grudges.
To me grudges don’t seem to really achieve anything no matter how you look at it. Ok, if somebody has really gotten on your bad side and you want to hold a grudge against them, then do it, but don’t do it more than a few days.
Sometimes, people are destroying their own relationships by holding grudges, and the grudge can be over one of the most stupidest things possible.
Like, in my religion it says that you can forgive someone, but you don’t have to have anything to do with them. So, that solves the problem of holding grudges.
Even, if somebody has wronged you really bad, then the best solution is to forgive them, not to hold a grudge. Grudges don’t solve anything. They just make you feel angry and bitter. You have to put so much energy and time into, and sometimes the funny thing is that the person you are holding a grudge against doesn’t even care that you are.
Most of the time, the person holding the grudge is the one who is suffering more than the person who you are holding the grudge against.
I am the type of person who cannot hold grudges, and it’s not like I even have a choice, I just can’t do it no matter what. Grudges just don’t make any sense to me.
So, let’s not keep grudges. So, I’ll be back on Friday evening at 10pm.
See you then, drafters.
