draft 0097 – showing no pride in your work.

You know what one of the biggest problems in the world is? People not showing any pride in the place they work because if you don’t show pride, how can you expect to do a good job? It doesn’t matter what type of job you do but you should always show pride in what you do. 

Like, even if you are doing a job that isn’t your dream job, you should still treat it with pride. You shouldn’t just be doing it for the money, I know obviously we all need money to survive, but you should still do it with pride.

People seem to think that just because they are not interested in the job or I won’t be doing it in the future, I don’t care about it. But, in reality that is just wrong. If you don’t show pride in what you do, you will just be miserable everyday in that job. 

There is also a sense of self-respect. Being proud of where you work and what you do. There should be a sense of pride in that.

Anyway, the point is that people not showing any pride in the place they work, is becoming a huge problem. Let me know what you think. Do you agree or disagree?
