draft 0087 – getting triggered, the worst feeling ever.

You know what one of the worst feelings in the world is? Do you really want to know? (Stop it, writer, just tell us. Ok, fine.) is the feeling of getting triggered. 

Like, sometimes somebody could say something to you and let’s say the emotion that comes out is anger. Then, that is one of hardest feelings to control. For example, even if you realise that you are going to get angry and you don’t want to get angry, I have noticed (like with myself) that sometimes it just isn’t possible.

Now, the reason why I am writing about that exact instance is because that happened to me last week and I wondered that hasn’t happened to me before. So, I also believe that the devil makes you not able to control your emotions, so we have to try and not let the devil win.

It’s like you get triggered and then after you regret that you got triggered, then you start thinking why did I get triggered? So, you don’t do it again. Does anybody else go through these stages after getting triggered? I would love to know.

Anyway, the point is that getting triggered is by far one of the worst feelings in the world. It just brings bad behaviour out of you and we need to and not get triggered. Let’s make a plan to try and not get triggered. I am in. Let’s do this.
