draft 0101 – surpassing 100 drafts.

This draft feels like a reset. After just having written my 100th draft, it’s like I am starting fresh. Which kinda feels relaxing and nervous at the same time (if that makes any sense). 

I want to keep this momentum going so I can get to one thousand drafts and if any of you are there when that happens, I am so happy you have been on this journey with me. Only another 899 to go. 

I actually never thought I would be a writer in the first place, with a website but look what happened. I did it. I am a writer. I have always had this dream as a kid that I wanted to be a writer, but then I just thought that was a silly dream that children have. Not realising that maybe that was always the plan. God has a plan for everybody.

So, I think that maybe everybody identity is always known to them when they are a kid, but they just don’t realise. Like, I always thought that I would be a game designer, but no I went completely the other way. I love being a writer so much more.

I know some of you may not agree but I think we should listen to our child self of wanted to be when we grew up. Now, I’m not saying that is the case for everybody but I think it is most people. 

If we really think about the word dream in this context, then it is something that you want to strive for or want to happen. So, does that mean we are dream for our whole lives? We are always saying I want to this, I want to do that.

Anyway, I still can’t get over the fact that I am surpassing 100 drafts. I’m like what, is this real? That just proves that if you keep being consistent, you can definitely get there.
